وٹامن ڈی سرپ ہے، جو صحت کے لیے ضروری ہے کیونکہ یہ صحت مند ہڈیوں، دانتوں اور پٹھوں کو سہارا دیتا ہے۔

کیلشیم ایک اہم معدنیات ہے جو مضبوط ہڈیوں اور پٹھوں کی تعمیر کے ذریعے صحت مند نشوونما اور نشوونما میں معاون ہے۔
