  • Biotin is a co-factor for the metabolism of amino acids, leading to the production of Protein ‘Keratin’ in the body. Keratin is the most important protein that is required for the production of hair follicles, nail, and skin cells. Without enough keratin or biotin deficiency, the body will suffer from hair loss, hair thinning, weak nails, and dry skin.

     PRODUCT DIRECTIONS:

    Biotin Dosage: Take 1 tablet daily as a food supplement with meal or as directed by a healthcare professional. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
