MBA (Marketing) / Pharma-D
BS / MS In Nutrition Sciences
Responsibilities:
· Develop & execute sales strategies that achieve revenue & growth targets for the company on
a national level.
· Manage & lead a team of sales professionals across multiple locations, providing guidance,
support, and training to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to identify new sales
opportunities and improve sales performance.
· Develop & maintain strong relationships with key customers, and industry influencers.
· Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in sales management,
and implement relevant initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
with customers, and cross-functional teams.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform sales strategies
and decision-making.
