As a CSR at Herbiotics Health care, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. The candidate will be expected to work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to conceptualize and formulate creative solutions. The role requires the individual to be familiar with industry-standard tools and software.

Qualifications

·      High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a bachelor's degree.

·      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Strong customer service orientation.

·      Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
