Position Overview:
National Sales Manager have to play a pivotal role in Developing & Executing Sales Strategies to Attract, engage, and Retain Franchise Partners. He will lead a dedicated sales team, foster relationships with potential franchisees, and drive the Overall success of our franchise program.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a franchise or multi-unit environment.
Experience:
- Candidate must have Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales management role, with a focus on franchise or multi-unit business models in Pharmaceutical/Nutraceuticals.
- Strong understanding of franchise operations, regulations, and best practices.
- Experience working directly with franchise partners and NSM understanding their needs.
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies at a national level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
