Herbiotics Healthcare, Pakistan’s most trusted and award-winning nutraceutical brand, is expanding to international markets. We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Export Manager to lead our exports and develop global business partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export business strategies for GCC, Africa, MENA, Europe & Asian markets.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, importers, and B2B partners globally.
• Manage export documentation including invoice, packing list, COO, Form-E, BL/AWB, health certificates, etc.
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and export documentation.
• Work closely with logistics partners for freight forwarding & shipment management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms (LC/TT), and distribution agreements.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, finance, and QC departments for smooth order execution.
• Manage DRAP and international regulatory requirements related to nutraceutical exports.
• Attend international expos and build company presence globally.
• Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience in exports (preferably nutraceuticals, pharma, FMCG, or cosmetics).
• Strong knowledge of export documentation & compliance.
• Familiar with LC, TT payments, HS codes, INCOTERMS, customs clearance & freight negotiation.
• Excellent communication & business negotiation skills.
• Ability to build long-term partnerships in international markets.
• Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
